Blue Commander is a file manager. It uses the classic two panels interface. Commands are split into thematic groups. It facilitates choice of commands. Multi-paged toolbar can be used to group external commands into thematic sets. An easy to use hot key manager allows you define your own hot keys schemas to meet your habits. You can view graphic files as miniatures which is useful for graphics management. A set of graphic commands let you prepare graphics for web sites. Compression compacts files in the most popular formats. Decompression commands allows unpacking of files from many available archive types. The FTP client can transfer to and from FTP servers.
